Based in Cairns and delivering our services throughout Far North Queensland, IJC Training is a provider of quality training for students who are seeking a rewarding career in the Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Support, Early Childhood, and Hospitality sectors. We offer a range of study programs that include both qualifications and short courses. We are also gaining a reputation as a Training Organisation that genuinely supports our students learning, to better prepare them to reach their work goals and life potential and helping them to integrate more effectively into the community in which they live.

We put the time and care into our programs though our experienced and dedicated educational staff to help our student make the most of the opportunities that learning new skills can bring.
Beginning in 2002 and trading as Indigenous Job Connections (IJC) we were principally a Community Development Employment Program (CDEP) provider throughout FNQ until 2012 but since then we have successfully diversified into exciting new programs, including commercial activities and community based Vocational Education and Training.
Regardless of who you are, whether Indigenous or Non-indigenous Australian, refugee, migrant, speak English as your second (or even third) language, or have missed out on a ‘normal’ education for whatever reason – IJC Training is the provider for you.
